Recently ordered a replacement axle for a DT Swiss hub. Arrived within 2 days of placing the order. I was a bit wary about ordering from Activesport given the number of negative reviews but based on my experience I can recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a couple of times from Anyfay now; speedy delivery both times. I actually made a duplicate order by mistake recently so emailed and asked to cancel the duplicate order. I got a very quick reply to say that the extra order had been cancelled and my credit card was refunded. Very impressed.

I recently had a problem with my Krups sub - once started it wouldn't stop pouring until the keg was empty and I lost 2 full kegs. I emailed Beerwulf who advised how to fix the machine (I basically cleaned and lubricated the mechanism) - problem solved. They also provided a £20 discount code to cover the cost of the lost kegs. Very happy with the customer service.

I always say the best way to judge customer service is when things go wrong. I recently took delivery of a Garmin 645M watch from Appliance House which after 5 days developed a fault so needed to be returned. Appliance House arranged for DPD collection the next day; unfortunately DPD lost the parcel and were unable to find it. After raising an investigation with DPD, Appliance House offered either a refund or replacement. I opted for a refund which was deposited immediately into my Paypal account.
I would 100% recommend Appliance House based on this experience but would not recommend the Garmin 645M - loved the watch while it worked but Garmin quality is clearly poor based on similar reports on various internet forums.

Ordered several times from OutdoorGB, never had any problems. One of the items on my most recent order was not in stock so delivery took a few days longer than usual. I was aware of this when I ordered though so was expecting it, and was kept informed at all times.

Excellent-delivery arrived next day as expected.

Ordered a Simba mattress at 4pm on a Friday, paid a bit extra for Saturday delivery and it was delivered by 10am the next day. The mattress is very comfortable, much better than our previous pocket sprung mattress which was 3 times the price. My only regret is not buying a Simba mattress a long time ago-we no longer wake up with back, neck or shoulder pain! Would highly recommend.

Ordered a baselayer 5 days ago, was expecting delivery yesterday but when I phoned customer service was advised my item was stuck in the warehouse and had not yet been dispatched. Cancelled the order, wouldn't bother ordering from Cycle Surgery again.

Quick delivery, best price I could find for my cyclocross bike online. Bike arrived in perfect condition with very minimal assembly required. Would definitely use again

Customer service poor. Reserved a bike from the Gateshead store in a particular size and paid a deposit, received a phone call to say that the bike was all ready for a test ride. I even phoned back to confirm this. However, when I arrived at the store for my test ride I was advised that the bike hadn't been built so wasn't in fact ready, and wouldn't be ready until the next day. Not impressed! I've had my deposit refunded and will buy my £1200 bike from elsewhere.

Have used for several orders which always arrive quickly. Had a problem with a faulty item on a recent order which was dealt with straight away, and a replacement was sent out immediately. Good prices too!

Recently had winter tyres fitted by a Kwik Fit mobile fitter. Service was first class-he telephoned me half an hour beforehand to let me know he was coming, was very friendly and did an excellent job. I mentioned that I'd picked up a puncture in one of my existing summer tyres which he repaired free of charge. Very good price for the tyres-Continental Winter Sports at the lowest price I could find, much cheaper than Black Circles for example. Would use again!!
