Shocking service. Parcel shipped, 4 days later stuck with Evri. 16 more days of sitting. All attempts to contact Debenhams were met with same automated replies.

Now have to idea how to get parcel or replacement 21 days after order.

Warning, if they contact you about PPI Overpaid tax refund, don’t apply through them as they will take 48% of your money that’s nothing to do with the PPI side, it’s based on your earnings.

Instead contact HMRC directly.

Warning. Your Allay Claims PPI using this company isn’t accurate. It’s not based on your PPI but your whole earnings for the last 2 years. You should apply to HMRC yourself & save 48% of their cut.

Ordered special dog food & paid for next day DPD delivery, next day came & went, day 2 now showing as still being in middle of England.

Don’t offer next day & take money for delivery if it’s not possible.

Used DHL to ship something required next day. Paid for next day delivery & dropped off for shipping.

Didn’t start moving until delivery day & then as delivered after 4pm 2 days late.

Messaged asking for explanation & replies with “parcel showing as delivered”

No explanation as to why it took 3 days to deliver a next day parcel that I paid for.

Went into Aberdeen ScS to have a look at a new sofa. Arrived at store to find a clean well laid out store, staff nearby but not instantly in you looking to close a sale.

Had a good look about & sat chatting about a few sofas when Derek happened to walk by just as we had a few questions.

Derek was very helpful, happy to run though options available & how the pricing system worked.

During our chat we found that the sofa we were sat on was an display model that was going to be available in a little over a weeks time at a healthy discounted price.

Opted to purchase there & then. Didn’t have to move from where we were sat as Derek brought everything to us.

I said no, went to call his boss, 15mins later returned saying his boss took another call while he was on the call, offered a little more. Opted to sell to another garage for the price I wanted.

Shocking company, received an invoice after 10months of getting claim back from the bank itself. Nothing to do with Allay at all. Must of piggybacked from leaked information.

Invoice sent by text, no letter, email or call until after I called them to complain. Weren’t interested & were adamant that they were due money.

Also watch as they take 24% of the total including tax so you actually pay more to them.

Person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Told me that it didn’t matter it was 10months later I had the money so pay it now or they will take me to court & destroy my credit score.

When I asked for his name he refused to provide & ended the call.

Great service from TB1. Called to cancel policy as renewal was expensive. After a few checks the quote was reduced to a realistic price.

XDP had my Wayfair order. claimed they attempted delivery when i was sat in house. called wayfair & they said said they would chase XDP. heard nothing from them.

next day i got a message from wife to say that there was a box dumped outside the house. no ring,call, knock or email to say they were coming or had been.

called wayfair to complain & their response was well you have it now & we will pass on your feedback.

wouldn't use either company again. customer service from both is non-existent

Top service, driver kept in touch while awaiting my train arriving. Driver was out of the car to greet me, very polite & happy to chat along the journey. Highly recommended.

Had to contact One Call when i tried to take my private plate off my car but it ended up asking me to add the car i was getting & then not change the plate.

Did the live chat, Charlotte was very helpful & asked me to confirm changes ahead of making them on the system. very happy with the help i was given.

This is the second loan i have taken from Ratesetter in 2018. paid my last one off early with no issues or fee's. very easy to apply & be approved. also the money is in my account the next working day.

im planning on using as often as i need funding to suit my life.
