When he completed the work he explained the connections and made sure we were happy with everything

Ordered a battery for a camera. When it arrived it wouldn’t charge so they replaced it foc.
The replacement wouldn’t charge either!
As the company is in Germany(I didn’t realise that when I ordered it) I decided to cut my losses and look elsewhere.

Bought Footjoy shoes in their sale which were meant to be waterproof. The second time I wore them it rained and I had wet feet and socks when I took them off. Returned them but by the time they responded they had run out of stock to replace. Not their fault they were faulty I guess!!
