Bought a gift pack with Epicure no.2 - first I've tasted from it and was fantastic, burned uniformly for 1.5 hours until I finished my morning contemplating. Was very pleased with taste and quality.

Order wasn't without issue with other item purchased but their excellent customer service sorted it and made sure it was an enjoyable experience, so I don't need to elaborate.

Will purchase again. First time buyer and definitely a future customer.

Absolutely terrible service. Got the An Post Currency card and I haven't been able to log into my account since the end of December, I have phoned customer service multiple times without any success. I was told someone would phone me back this afternoon, which didn't happen, obviously.

Also the card only worked half of the time in the USA. We had to use our bank cards about half of the time, so much for saving on the fees. Do yourself a favour and use your bank cards and pay the associated fees, your life will be much easier.

Shambolic company offering a useless currency card service.

I ordered capsules online, on the 20th April, they took payment on the 30th April but they still haven't dispatched the items- nearly 2 months later. I was ignored by customer service and customer complaints. I am now printing all correspondence and getting a charge back through my bank.

I literally got scammed by Holland and Barrett. Avoid at all costs.

I found Design Crowd to be an excellent service, I got so many great logo ideas that the only difficulty I had was choosing between them. Revisions were made when I asked them to be made and the majority of designs were modern and stood out. I am a very happy customer.
