UK Mail / Jon - please call me urgently. This review website seems to be the only way to make contact with you. Nobody available on phone, on your chat site, and nobody is dealing with my case number from last week. Consignment number: 40861850201484. This will give you my phone number to call. Service totally unacceptable. I need my parcel delivered today, latest, to myself or any neighbour.

I have had the same awful experience with this company as the people below. NO customer service. I expected a parcel to be delivered on 23.3.18, as it was for an urgent wedding gift for brother, I took morning off work. Parcel didn't arrive in timeslot I'd been given. Called the automated number who told me delivery had been attempted. It had not. I hadn't moved from near my front door all morning. No calling card was left (proof that driver didn't come anywhere near my house!). No human available on telephone to sort out. No online chat available. I spent ages, several times over, trying to contact them via the online 'contact' service but it rejected my message each time. I eventually got a short message through and was told I'd be contacted in 3 hrs. Now three days later and no contact from UK Mail. I had a text today saying redelivery would be attempted between 2-3pm. Again, I waited in. Again, no delivery. And now when I call the phone tracking service and put in the number the system asks me to repeat the number and then hangs up on me. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY? WHERE IS MY PARCEL? PLEASE DELIVER TODAY WITH MONEY FULLY REFUNDED BOTH FOR DELIVERY AND MY LOST TIME.

Review of CastFireplaces
Very pleased with fireplace. Great price, good delivery slot as stated. Hearth had a chip in it when it arrived which was disappointing but was given option of £25 refund or a new delivery. Didn't have time to wait for new delivery as fitter was coming so took the £20.
