I got an email saying on increase in monthly payments but after communication it was easily resolved

Been getting these potatoes for a few years now and have to say never had any problems. Would definitely recommend. My Grandkids love the home made chips.

Ordered drawers and table and highly delighted. Have just ordered tv unit.

After getting a Smart Meter installed on the 25th October I had it bit off bother getting my heating as wasn’t set properly when installed.. After phoning and getting nowhere my daughter took over my case as I am a pensioner and couldn’t cope with the stress. She spoke with Cali and he took on the case. After 5 weeks since meter got fitted I now have everything sorted. I can’t thank Cali enough definitely 5⭐️treatment from him who conversed with my daughter to get this sorted. Cali you are a credit to Octopus. Thank you for all your help and also my daughter who was first class dealing with this on my behalf.

Milk is excellent but delivery is terrible. I started getting milk last week and asked for it to be delivered to my back door. Let it out in service area. Phoned and on Thursday it was left at back door but didn’t pick up the empties. Today left in service area again. Phoned company and assumed it will be delivered to back door. We will see.

Love the potatoes only negative is I ask for them to be put in shed and they always leave at front door. As I'm in my 70s I have to wait until family come to bring them in.

Had a lovely relaxing holiday and everything went to plan. Will definitely use love holidays again
