Viator blatantly robs people and plays on their desperation/enthusiasm

Tickets for the Van Gogh museum were completely sold out days before I wanted to go. I kept checking each day but none became available. I really wanted to go and so searched for other ways I could get a ticket and Viator was able to offer me ANY DAY, ANY TIME...at a 500% increase of what tickets directly from the museum should have been. I decided to just go for it, I don't know when next I'll have the opportunity to go so ended up paying over £100 for me and my 11 year old daughter (it would have cost 24 EUR). On the day before we were due to go, the museum directly released a ton of tickets for the next day. Viator offers NO REFUNDS (obviously). This shouldn't be allowed.

Terrible quality and shopping

Firstly, the duvet I ordered was listed as cotton and not the polyester it was. Secondly, it is lumpy, cheap and nasty...never the summer 1 tog as advertised.

And the return process is AWFUL...the direct seller tells me to "follow OnBuy advice" and OnBuy tells me to follow the seller guidance.

I cannot be bothered, especially as I will be expected to PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE for the luxury of this awful experience!!!!!

So I'll just throw the duvet in the bin along with my cash.

What an awesome company

What an awesome company! So I get a brand new phone for hundreds of pounds off...how can it be? Good communication and very quick delivery too. I just wish I'd known of Mozillion before, I'd have got their fantastic sim data package too. I doubt I'll be getting phones anywhere else from now on.

Really really happy, amazing service

I have to admit to being a bit hesitant about sending my mobile off to be fixed but decided to take the risk on the basis of all the positive reviews. I wasn't disappointed...I received my phone back within 48 hours of sending it and it was in pristine condition. Pretty amazing considering this was also the cheapest service I could find. Thanks so much!
