What a shame you can't give a minus star grade. Bought goods from what seems to a fraudulent chinese company, ericdress, now paypal are completely useless at sorting out a refund. Two days ago they closed my dispute as far as I can tell for no apparent reason. I will not be using them again.

Further to my last review I complained to paypal, this is a long process, still ongoing. That night I received an email saying they would fix the problem, showing the items ordered, and would I please take down my complaint, I replied not until order received. I then got an email saying "OK we get it". Followed by a succession of emails saying they have no record of the order! They can't even tell the same lies. Bad, Bad, Bad.

Ordered a dress for wife (she found the website) on 1 May as a present, still not here on 17 June. Email to service address produced a customer survey that was an unsafe phishing link and an 8% off voucher for a future order. What are they up to? As if I would send them more money! Buy nothing from them ever. I am going to paypal for a refund.

Parts came within the time promised and the parts were all good. Very useful for me as it is hard to get suzki v6 parts in the UK.

A very quick service and just as ordered from my design, a nice stamp, they even got it here before Christmas.

I arranged my booking very quickly and easily with the help of the assistant Matthew, who as promised phoned me back with information. He followed this up with a good booking at a nice price and, in fact secured me a direct flight home rather than a stopover. I didn't have to chase him up, he was prompt with the information that I needed and all my booking data. Excellent service and I must confess to be a very tetchy person when it comes to online sales. Really pleased and happy to fill in this stuff for once.
