Disgraceful!! Manager needs to improve her customer service skills, rude, confrontational, I am disabled and have hearing loss, which I did tell the person serving, a mistake was made as I misheard, resulting in the first order being binned on the instructions of the manager. The person serving prepared a 2nd order, the manager disputed I had ordered an ingredient again which she said I refused on the 1st order. Crossed wires, I apologised calmly and explained I must have misheard. Her response to my suggestion she needed to look at her customer service skills was met with aggression and rudeness you certainly would not expect or accept. Never again, and no, I definitely wouldn't recommend, I will be contacting subway complaints procedures, hearing loss and a misunderstanding did not warrant this behaviour, hope your mother is very proud of you young lady!

Delivered to the wrong address, someone has received a "freebie" at my expense. Seller refusing to refund for the error

What an absolute con!!
Absolutely shocking customer service, falsifying viewing numbers, hidden clauses and abortive costs.
The starting bid listed on Pattinsons website was also termed the "guide price" on Rightmove, this misleads potential buyers into thinking this could be an achievable low purchase price and the reserve price isn't mentioned.
As a result my property "guide price" was £40k lower than the agreed reserve price....and just as I predicted, potential buyers viewed under the impression they would bag a massive bargain. Potential buyers who viewed were not vetted first to make sure they were in a proceedable position with finances in place and often had no insight into the auction process or what to expect or how to bid.
I have cancelled the contract and withdrawn my property from the auction-but the damage has already been done!!
Something should be done about this company.

Fantastic!! Excellent customer service, extremely helpful, I ran out of tiles and mosaics and rang to ask if I could order more of the same batch (weeks after the original delivery), I received the order the next day, now that's service!
I'm so pleased I bought from Tile Mountain, the quality is 1st class, no problems with tiles at all, no damaged tiles, all present and correct. My tiler followed the advice on recommended adhesive and had no problems at all fixing the tiles. We tiled the main bathroom and ensuite with snow white quartz tiles with feature mosaics on the walls-The overall look is amazing, absolutely stunning tiles, I couldn't be happier.
