I dealt Saqib Ali whilst trying to let out 57 Moor Lane , SL6 7JX , the service and guidance provided by Mr Ali was excellent. Although the letting fell through because I am now selling the property , Mr Ali was very understanding. A very professional service.

One of my fights got cancelled

One of my fights got cancelled, I had an email from the airline , I contacted BudgetAir via telephone for a refund, it took 1/2hour to get through , BudgetAir said they had no knowledge , I should contact the airline.
I rang the airline , they said I should contact BudgetAir , as I booked through BudgetAir.
I tried ringing BudgetAir , could not get through , this is around 12.30pm , gave up after about 45minutes.
Service is about getting through when you have a problem.BudgetAir commonly asked questions do not address the proble I had above and they are almost impossible to get through on the phone.

We understand that when an airline changes their schedule, it can cause significant inconvenience for our customers. In this event, we will make every effort to find a suitable solution for the traveler(s), however our work must be done within the rules of the airline. Often times this will result in limits in our capabilities to provide a good option. We regret that we were unable to completely satisfy your expectations for your booking. However, any compensation due to a change of schedule would need to be done directly with the airline. As a travel agent, we do not have control over any airlines schedule. We will look forward to assisting you with any of your future bookings.
