This company have now failed to deliver on 4 specified dates and refused to give a refund.
Will NEVER use again

Product still not delivered after being given 3 delivery dates.
Company refusing to give a refund despite admitting being in breach of contract according to consumer rights.
Never again!

Incompetent, inept, lack of customer care:
I called customer services the day after i had stayed in all day waiting for the product to be delivered, only to be told it hadn’t even been made yet.
3 weeks on I am still waiting after a 3rd failure to be delivered in a given date.

The course was no more than a series of videos to watch.
I didn't pass the mock exam by 1 question and as a result, I needed to pay more money!
Istudy is no more than a money making scam selling qualifications that aren't worth the paper that YOU have to print them on (as I still haven't received my paper copy from my first course - that I had to pay for additionally!)

This is the first negative review I have even posted...You have been warned...

My product was posted to the wrong address and they refused to resend.
There are plenty of other companies out there offering the same products - use them. I learned the expensive way.
