Always good quality products at good prices. Quick delivery. I’ve used Smug many times before and will do so again. I particularly love their pillowcases. I haven’t slept on a ‘normal’ pillowcase since my first one. I even bought one for my sister in law who was very impressed also.

Well here I am again having just purchased my third of these wonderful chargers. Why do I need three? Two were perfectly fine and are nowhere near to needing replacement due to issues with the product. The problem is; this multi charger is so brilliant that when a friend’s grandson was visiting and saw my Native Union charger he was so impressed that he asked to ‘borrow’ one of mine to experience it for himself. Well, he was so impressed that he kept it a little longer than expected and I ordered my third. He’s a student and I’m a soft touch I guess. The fact that younger people aren’t impressed easily, allegedly, just proves how excellent this charger is and I’m a fan of Native Union’s great quality products and assurance they give. I don’t mind the friend’s grandson not wanting to give the ‘loaned’ charger back. I just hope he remembers when he graduates and I know he uses only that charger now so no harm done. I would recommend Native Union to anyone with 100% confidence. The delivery was really quick too so I’m happy I have 2 chargers again. The friend’s grandson is happy he got his by way of an ‘unintended present’. So it’s a win-win for everyone.

I love Julian Charles Home. The quality, price and delivery are all excellent. If you see something you like get it because I’ve missed out on items by ‘dithering’. I love my gorgeous new curtains. The soft bedding I ordered was super soft. My cushions and duvet cover have just arrived and I’m a happy customer. This is my first stop when looking for housewares etc.

So easy to book a collection. I hadn’t put the bags outside as it had rained that day but the driver came and took them from me; which was a big help as I have mobility problems. All done on time and stress free. If you have no way of getting to a charity shop etc then this service is a God send. So happy with the service that I’ve already booked my next collection. It’s nice to know the items will be of use and not just destroyed at a skip. Would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to speak to customer services; to double check something. The lady I spoke to was so patient, understanding and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed. She answered my question and was very polite and professional. If this is the standard for all customer service staff then I am very happy with my choice of Admiral for my home insurance. I wasn’t waiting long to be connected to customer services and wasn’t tortured by music! I would say a very good start and I finished the call with a better, clearer understanding of my reason for calling.

Tried other sites and got nowhere! Tried Go Compare, despite hating the adverts, found the site to be very helpful and well designed. Job done!

I haven’t used certain online card shops for a while because I find the cards to be rude and childish. However, this year I thought I’d try Moonpig and see if they catered for us older people who want traditional or cute Christmas cards. Well, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They did cater for the younger generation but I was able to pick out my Christmas cards that were to my liking quite easily, and also browsed the gifts which I was pleased with. My cards were delivered directly to the recipient at my request and in less than two days all but one has been delivered. The missing one is possibly because the person is in the process of moving home and may have not collected his mail yet. I have every faith that that will be the reason. So, well done Moonpig. See you next birthday

Great choice of gorgeous clothing not available elsewhere. And they haven’t forgotten the plus sizes so that alone was a surprise. I found Little Lies by accident, looked at their items and thought ‘they won’t have my size’, how wrong was I? I bought two items and they were delivered on the promised day.
