Super easy to make the reservation.But... if you need to change the start time, you aren’t able to do that. When I called customer service, it took 2 hours in the queue to call me back and they said I would have to pay extra to change the start time by 15 minutes and that the gate wouldn’t open until exactly my start time.

I know I have rated you before but am rating again. Your trip was the most amazing trio ever and I booked and fully laid for 2 more trips including a bolt on. But I can’t get them to respond to my emails. They said I first went into their spam filter and they whitelisted me. Still no reply. I am ready to ask for my $4000 back.

I have always had excellent customer service from Quicken. This time was no different.

I thought I was buying the plastic snap ware and was going to return but didn’t want to pay postage both ways since it was glass. I do like these because you can go from freezer to microwave. Good size for a person living alone.

I had defective electronic items sent to me and I just wanted a refund. They wouldn’t refund me and only replace. I ordered 2 of the same and both were defective so why would i want to try 2 more? Not negotiable. They wouldn’t refund me.

Adding to my experience after their response: I had several emails back and forth about my request and they wouldn’t negotiate and said that under no circumstances would they credit me and that they could only replace. For that reason, I am not changing my rating. Sorry,

I bought 2 magnetic lightning chargers for my iPhone. They arrived and were actually better quality than I expected. I really wanted them to work or I wouldn’t have purchased them. The problem is that they don’t fit my phone. When I emailed them, they said that they won’t refund me unless they are damaged or have manufacturing problem. Then they offered me 10% off purchasing something else. Seriously? Why would I want to spend any more money with a company that doesn’t support the products they sell. They aren’t broken, they don’t fit and they won’t take them back. I just threw away $31.49. Awful customer service. Too bad that they probably don’t even know this site exists since it’s not registered. I’m looking for someplace else to write a bad review.

I just wanted to say what a fun light this is. I saw it when it first came out, but because it wasn't a US product, I wanted to make sure that it was going to work the way they planned it. It's not an inexpensive light. Finally after 2 years, it still had great reviews, so I decided to suck it up and buy it. Why did I wait so long?

I live in Chicago and ride the lakefront a lot in the dark. It is packed with people and it is dark. I have never had so much fun riding my bike at night. I had so many comments and people saying that it was the coolest thing they have ever seen the entire ride home.

I had a guy one time follow me, and then pull next to me before he was going to exit thanking me for making his ride fun as well watching and hearing the reactions to the people on the path. It's visible to those in front of me. I'd love to see what it looks like for those approaching me, but thanks for making a great light.

It's also safe on the streets. The lazer is so bright, so not only is it fun, but it's safe. Now I can't wait to get my new bike helmet that I ordered on Kickstart that has blinking turn signal lights.

I am truly a light bike geek. I've been hit by cars twice on my bike and once as a pedestrian (and I'm really careful), so great lights certainly help.
