Terrible customer service. I have been running a small business for nine years and someone has just left a fake 1 star review, falsely claiming my business went bankrupt and has shut down. This is a very damaging review, as you can imagine. I asked Google to take it down as it was spreading misinformation but they told me the review does does violate their policies. My business is alive and thriving. This review is 100% untrue. Get your act together and remove it Google!

This company has been overcharging me since January. Each time I call up and speak to them, they admit that I've been overcharged (they are charging me twice for my water supply) and say it will be taken off my next bill. Each month my bill comes and not only have they not credited me with the money they owe me but they keep overcharging me. I have lost all trust in this company.
