I am really appalled with this delivery company. Tried to get hold of them about my delivery but online chat wasn't being responded too even though I waited over an hour and reconnected multiple times, just message to say that they were busy. Downloaded their App but it kept crashing so couldn't leave a message for delivery driver. Delivery turned up when I was out so spoke to driver through doorbell. Got home and box looks like it has been thrown around, dirty, holes, squashed. I would not recommend this company for parcel deliveries.

Drivers have no respect for a customers garden, just walk straight through it rather than use the path.

Its so easy to enter, and always for such a great cause, and an omazing opportunity to win a better life for us, and our children, and our grandchildren too. Fingers crossed!!

I placed an order for a Christmas present on the 11th December. I am still waiting for someone to contact me, or my money back, or the item I ordered to be delivered. Nobody responds to messages. No updates to let you know that they cant fulfil the order. I have messaged multiple times and also now reported this to Paypal in the hope that they can get my money back.

What a credit to the company the delivery team were. So professional, friendly, careful and they checked everything thoroughly before clearing all the packaging up leaving everywhere clean and tidy.

Had a few little wins so far, maybe next time will be a bigger one, but even if it isn't I am still helping people through the charities that Omaze support with these prize draws, so its always a win, win all round.

The sales staff were pretty good and we placed an order for two sofas. We had an email update last week with a link to their tracker, good news it was almost here and earlier than expected. We now have no idea what is happening as the tracker hasn't worked for the last 5 days, the online chat seems to be permanently offline and no one answers when you call, you just sit there listening to pre-recorded messages, pressed 1 for a call back and still nothing. Really unimpressed with the aftersales service!!

Updated on 11/11/24 - I have sent over the details that were requested in the Trustpilot reply from SCS but haven't had any response so far. Tracker and online chat are still not working.
