Worst letting agency to deal with

Worst letting agency to deal with Careless, rude, suffering with gross negligence and at times Incompetent staff. Their contractor damaged my property after not attending to the Job for months, which has now cost me, obviously they sided with his blatant lies and inconsistency’s without evidence even when I have provided evidence and pay service charge. I am forced to take legal action in fear of being falsely held liable despite being a loyal reasonable tenant.

Nobody seems to be answering calls…

Nobody seems to be answering calls within the management department.

Delayed and sometimes no responses to Leakages and issues that are not being fixed to the point of having to chase and prompt them after days and weeks of no response. Security of the building is always compromised even having squatters entering the building which I got a visit from the police expressing their concern and having to report and do an investigation to. They increase rent including service charge but don’t properly carry out the services.

After waiting for weeks

After waiting for weeks, Mattress arrived with cosmetic marks. After sending proof, I was given a partial refund, then later a free topper when I complained of severe back pain. The topper didn’t help and I eventually used the 100-night trial to request a full refund.

The return process has been a nightmare. A DPD collection was arranged but failed (Soak & Sleep admitted this was their error). Now I’ve been told to wait nearly a month for the British Heart Foundation to collect before I can get my refund. I was even told to contact the charity myself to organise this, which is unacceptable. My contract is with Soak & Sleep, not BHF.

I’ve been left in ongoing pain, out of pocket, and without a usable mattress while they hold my money. When I expressed this after going back and forth for days being told different things, I was told previous “goodwill” refunds should be treated as compensation for this current failure which is absurd, as they were only issued because of their earlier mistakes. I needed the money to order a new mattress.

Poor customer service, poor product, and very poor handling of refunds. Never ordering anything from this company again. Would get better service elsewhere.

It’s technicality a scam like…

It’s technicality a scam like subscription structure for the amount you pay for the minuscule limited usage. In comparison to other AI who offer better benefits for what you pay. Preying on customers desperation.

Beware this is basically a…

Beware, this is basically a bureaucratic, profit-driven agency that prioritises profit over tenant valid concerns even good loyal tenants. They will only do something if seriously challenged so be mindful when renting or buying from them. Inhumane Greed of a company.

Racism enabling app

Racism enabling app, to allow racist people to use the N word and express a list to incite hate without consequence I reported a post that actually went alongside their guidelines policy. I read their policy carefully and selected the appropriate one just to test to see if the site follows through. Unsurprisingly it didn’t and in fact gave a whole different policy in response which I’ve kept evidence of their inconsistency, It’s deliberately crafted to only stop inciting violence even when the page was. X is racist unless you’re hanging or lynching someone. Evil and distrustful company.

Greedy fraudulent Company with damaged bots

Im starting to believe this is a fraudulent company y. I’m having in to fight for a refund because of constant bugs on their app every time I give their app a try. They have supplied certain amount of points within a month and for each day even though the bot points are very expensive for the minimal functions they do. On top of that the bots at times fail to process a response due to a glitch and I STILL lose points. I keep a screen recording and a screenshot of this and reported to them but never received a response. On top of that they are refusing to give a refund even though I’m within my consumer right and have evidence and within timeframe to be eligible for one. Im now having to work with Apple to get my money back. Im never giving them a try again.

Dishonest Company

A very dishonest company. There was a failed collection attempt today for a large item via Amazon. I contacted their customer support and was told an image of proof was sent to them that they attended the property and left a card. Even though I cancelled my doctors appointment to stay at home in a cctv security apartment building looking to rough my own cameras. Nobody knocked or showed up.

They told me to contact Amazon to access the photo. But Amazon said they were never sent a photo neither was the delivery actually attempted but instead the driver was caught in traffic and instead had to reschedule. To the point they are now escalating the issue.

Clearpay is great for most parts

Clearpay is great for most parts! The only problem I have with them is when you’re explaining an issue with evidence they give automatic responses that has NOTHING to do with what you said. So you’re forced to having to repeat yourself several times and break it down in hopes they would give the appropriate answer. Their poor comprehension in caring enough to understand their customers is frustrating.

Lost my parcel

There is no way to contact them other than bots and it’s deliberately created that way to avoid accountability for their incompetent drivers.

They lie about a parcel being delivered and do not follow instructions. I live in a CCTV building and there does not seem to be a way to report them about lying on delivery.

Stay away from Evri! Probably one of the most untrustworthy couriers in Britain.

Untrustworthy

They say one thing and then they do another. Thank goodness I record my conversations. I was told that I would get an immediate cancellation and I should have a package to be sent out to me 3-5 days to return the box and the tv would be cancelled in 10 days. But when I called up as I didn’t receive the return package I was told it was not an immediate cancellation but an extended one which Will take 31 days. A cunning way to still cypher a last bill out of me. So now I’m having to challenge them.

I am going to prosecute Deliveroo on…

I am going to prosecute Deliveroo on the grounds of illegal activity for avoiding consumer rights act by refusing refund on incorrect and missing shopping items which I have provided all the evidence with cctv footage. Deliveroo will not get away from stealing from their customers. Especially when I had surgery was relying on delivery.
