Olavita, Olavitaskin.com run a scam operation selling fake Botox Serum in unsuitable plastic (rather than glass) bottles, often offering additional supplies free. The promotion includes a full 90 day money back guarantee. When the shipped product proves not to be as advertised and customers complain, they are invited to return the product to an address in China, at the customers own cost, for refund. Chinese customs require the recipient to pay local postal costs, which they refuse to do, so the product is indefinitely held by customs. As the product is not received, the scammers refuse the refund.

These 'Solicitors' are an internal legal team for Cabot Financial who, in turn, buy in unrecoverable debts from financial institutions at a fraction of the original amount and then seek to bully debtors into paying the full amount. They are legally required to provide the County Court with full debt details - including the original default date - to satisfy the Court that they have jurisdiction to apply for a CCJ Which they didn't do in my case. They are attempting to recover a 6 year old debt and can whistle for 'their' money.

Berry Lodge Surveyors Ltd is no more. Had 2 Directors, both resigned. One is an individual who runs Stokemont Surveyors. Both firms should be avoided at all costs. Stokemont currently being investigated for wrongdoing

Huascar Lopez, CEO of scam Ponzi Scheme CashFx claimed to operate from the 9th floor of the RBS Building in Panama City and suggests it is 14,000 square metres. The building opened in September 2021 and the 9th floor, comprising just 1,000 square metres, is rented out to HiTech Ltd. Lopez did enquire about renting for a short time but Premiercasa.com who manage the building have never had any arrangement with Lopez. Another lie.

EverFx, EverFx.eu and EverFxGlobal.were established in 2008 as an intentional scam operation. Part of ICC Incertus Capital Ltd, Aurarium, Axiance and now Harindale Ltd - trading as M4Markets, EverFx were temporarily registered with the FCA until May 2021 when the FCA realised they were scammers and cancelled their licence. A BBC Panorama Special programme aired in April 2023 exposed the whole set-up. Eurojust and 9 EU police forces raided them in November 2022 and closed down 15 of their call centres. Hence the reason why these various scams are switching to new payment methods which are 'experiencing technical difficulties '. If you paid money to any of these scammers, kiss it goodbye and report to ActionFraud and the police. In the UK contact your local MP

CashFx was established as what is known as a 'Ponzi Scheme '. Sister Company EverFx was set up as a blatant scam. Up to 400,000 victims across Europe have lost £2 billion plus. A supposed transfer to a new method of payment is merely buying time. If you 'invested' in either scheme your money is gone for good. A BBC Panorama Special programme late next month will explain all.

CashFx, along with EverFx are just 2 of 470 trading names used by a Nassau based shell Company which traded as ICC Incertus Capital Ltd until becoming Axiance Ltd and now M4Markets. These Companies were never Forex traders and have only ever been scammers
To-date, Eurojust and Interpol estimate that the group have scammed over 200,000 victims out of more than €2 billion. On 8th and 9th November 2022, 5 of their main team were arrested and more than 15 of their call centres were closed down across Eastern Europe
On 14th December 2022 their team leader responsible for scamming Spanish victims was arrested in Barcelona. Further arrests have followed.

Placed an online order with Toolstation for 52 joist hangers. Was told they would be ready for collection after 3pm the following working day.
