I wouldn't rate at all

I wouldn't rate at all , I mistakenly gave a decent review a few days ago but since then communication is shocking and I feel I've been left in limbo .

My vehicle was hit in a car park while I was out shopping , the 3rd party left a note apologising and to call her , next I get a call from their insurance offering me a hire car , repairs at no cost to me , no excess to pay and I keep my ncb, as their client admitted full blame

I didn't trust it and said I'd go with my own . So I contact ers and say a 3rd party drove into my unoccupied vehicle , they took all the details and was told I would be called by someone,and In their letter it clearly said , we will instruct enterprise chief vehicle rentals to arrange a vehicle, repairs and no excess to pay and no loss of ncb.

This company then contacted me and when I said I'd been contacted by the 3rd party was told because of this they were unable to offer their services as the 3rd party had got to me first .
So basically the company my insurance put me in contact with won't do anything.

I spoke to the broker who arranged my specialist policy and he said no , chief vehicle rentals are only a replacement vehicle company ers still handle your claim 🤔 , I tried explaining what was on the letter and was told no they don't do that only provide a replacement car, so why is ers saying this is how it goes?
I was told he was calling ers to instruct them to call me this was yesterday, I was then called back to say they will contact me either yesterday or today and still have nothing and no reply to any of my emails , one of which was sent almost a week back
Not exactly giving me professional vibes and from this would I really trust to insure my car with them again when it comes up , seems like they just want to pass the buck
I have just been left in limbo with a damaged car and not knowing who or if anyone is even doing anything about it
I've spent 45 mins in a queue on my lunch, I've sent 3 emails , surely the least you can do is let people know you have the email and if you are busy let people know

The lady I spoke to seemed friendly and…

The lady I spoke to seemed friendly and knowledgeable, having this company for my Evo through a broker ,first time in 21years I've had to do this, after having someone drive into my parked car while I was parked in a car park , ers then arranged another company to call me to arrange a vehicle and repairs to my car.
That is where things become complicated.
My interaction with the first call though was positive

Based on latest experience

Based on latest experience, my work ordered a cab for me and colleagues , we seen the car pull onto the road we were waiting on , drive half way down the cul de sac then do a u turn and drive off leaving us there , and had the cheek to charge the company a cancellation fee !
My son had this happen too , the driver said he came and my son cancelled it and he got charged but the cab never ever did turn up as he was tracking it

A huge improvement with my cats lifetime condition

Have been looking at raw after seeing it pop up in my Facebook feeds but had always dismissed as being too expensive to feed my 4 indoor cats . I've been battling epi with one of mine , basically her pancreas doesn't produce digestives enzymes and for 5 years have been on various medication which has never seemed to make much difference, every day her poop was slop and stinky, despite the hundreds spent on several medications each month , I seen a trial for Bella and duke and decide to give it a go .

It arrived really quickly and had good info on how to transition , had been feeding generic stuff like Harrington's in the past and had tried even more expensive grain free ones but no change to her digestion.

Within days of them being fed solely raw , I couldn't believe we had the first solid poop in 5yrs and it didn't smell , only problem was I forgot to reorder in time as I only had one cat down for food , literally had to give regular food for a day and as soon as I did we were back to liquid poo again , so raw does seem to be better for her , we are using less cat litter too , when I needed to question something it was replied to and offered to set up a call to speak to a nutritionist about my cats condition ,
When working it out at a full price it may not end up being much more costly than what we were paying for the supermarket stuff , and if it's helping my cat then I'm happy to continue

Liars , thieves

What went wrong this time ? On my last 2 reviews I'm assuming the bot Francesca , who says to everyone this has been taken on board and handed over to our team who will contact you , well I'm still waiting , don't bother with the crap saying I will get a call because we all know it isn't going to happen , paid £35 for kitchen door hinges , 2 weeks now , nothing delivered and just keep getting told I will get a call back , I want my money back you thieving scum , don't respond to calls emails etc , just constantly lied to saying someone will be in touch , now let's see if the standard crappy Francesca response appears again

Cowboys , don't deliver but take your money

Shocking , no goods delivered , impossible to contact anyone , when I did get through was very odd and they said I'd get a call back , still waiting a day later , phoned bank to get my money back but have to wait 15 days

Feel like I've been a scammed

Feel like I've been scammed , ordered 20 cabinet hinges on the 25th , they have taken my money and sent me an invoice, I have received no goods , nor any estimated date . Sent an email for update on Friday , it said you may not get a reply til Monday , still no reply, tried the chat, sorry there is nobody available, rang the number on my invoice just someone will be with you shortly after half hour hung up , found another number , eventually someone answered but oddly knew my name and what I was calling about , without me even giving an order number or a name , really strange , was told they should be here the 27th , I said no they weren't , was told oh I'll have to speak to building and let you know and had the phone out down on me , looking to see if my bank can get my money back as they obviously don't like to chat

Can't get my glasses correct

I don't have an issue with my sight test itself which was back in November , I finally chose a new pair of frames and for whatever reason they just aren't right , I've been back twice , had a second eye test and remade the left lens to a lower prescription as they made me feel very nauseous .
Been back this weekend to collect the remade glasses and they were even worse than the first time , nobody really seems to know what the issue is , if I move my head up to look at things everything goes wobbly and I feel disorientated and drunk , they suggested it was the shape of the frame , then it may be due to me having the lenses thinned, I was then told to take them home and try them , they are still no good so I won't ever be able to wear them , never ever had this issue in the past so I really don't know what has gone wrong this time

Super fast payouts

Never had an issue with claiming , I find it's faster claiming myself for repeat meds than claiming for vet treatment , sadly you can't do that yourself , would be a whole lot easier if you could though .

I order my cats repeat meds , submit the receipt and its usually acknowledged that or the next day depending on time of day , and payout is agreed and usually back in my bank within a few days.

The only issue is my vets take so long to complete their paperwork ,even though I have to fill all the form in for them ,I've had 2 or 3 months before they submit it, which often isn't feasible, so if we could use that receipt to submit claim ourselves would be perfect

Complete lies

As always had my scheduled delivery of cat litter to my workplace, now have never had an issue in the past ,but this time has been a complete farce , notification to say delivery between 14.42 and 16.42 , get a notification at 14.48 sorry we missed you delivery will be reattempted the next day .
No driver even came to my work so to say sorry we missed you , no you didn't you just never bothered to come .
Next day get notification my delivery slot is between 18.58 and 20.58 , this is pointless as my work closes up at 17.30 so I have to cancel this , I know if they went to deliver on Saturday my work only opens til midday and I'm on leave from Saturday for a week so I reschedule to a new address and ask for it to come to my home , knowing If they tried on the Saturday after closing the parcel would get returned to sender

All was good on the app , home address and it said delivery from 25th which was the Saturday , check in the morning or says parcel at hub ,nothing came so I check today to see they said they attempted to deliver on Saturday and nobody was home,and parcel has now been returned to zooplus ,my son was in all day and have checked our door camera and the only person who came was the postman, nobody else . So nothing but lies , I now have no cat litter and have to go through the process of getting a refund and also reordering , but do I trust them to deliver now , not one bit

Scam artists

Would give zero star if possible. Misleading and false advertising of a product, namely the eyebrow stamp, in the video it shows them stamping a forearm and what's left behind is hair effect strokes, they they run this under the tap and rub it to say it's waterproof.
The product is no such thing it's a stamp, it doesn't give any hair effect like shown, and run it under a tap it looks like you been down a coalmine, definitely not waterproof, scam of a company, every time I write a comment on the page it gets removed

Diabolical delivery & communication

Last weekend had my shopping booked as normal, giving plenty of time for me to attend remembrance day parade, shopping never arrived, I called to be told it was delayed and would be there in another hour, waited another hour no shopping, to look on the app to see my order had been cancelled and wouldn't be delivered.
I rang to be told I'd get a refund in 3-5 working days, I'm still waiting, no refund from asda, I had to pay double last week as had to reorder and pay again, do they not care people are struggling at the minute, rang again today, yet again some person you can barely understand which is even more frustrating I'm told I have to wait another 5 days, why can't they just put the equivalent in vouchers on my account so I can get some food shopping, but no wait again, just not acceptable

Fake site

Fake site, was after red mishimoto hoses for my evo and a web search brought them up as the only place with red in stock said £55 which was cheap compared to everywhere else, clicked add to basket, goes to amazon where price is dearer and no longer available. Does this with every item they list 😂 scammers

Not secure fitting

Ordering and delivery was a piece of cake, very fast delivery.
I ordered a short cable after having a new car stereo fitted, the issue I've found is that the connection is not very snug in my phone and doesn't hold in, the slightest movement and it falls out the charging port, so unfortunately is no good for me and have had to use my original cable that was supplied with my phone

Fast and efficient service

Ordered a tyre after getting a screw in my tyre at work , the fitter was friendly and we had a chat about cars (socially distanced ) while he did the work . I felt awful considering it was the hottest day and he was sweating that you can’t offer a drink due to Covid ,He advised me that some of the tyre sealant stuff would be fine for me to use in an emergency so I don’t get stranded ,considering I don’t have have a spare in the size of my wheels I will be getting some to keep in the boot for any emergencies in the future .

Fast pay out

I have recently had to use my policy for diagnostics after one of my cats became unwell and needed a lot of tests to figure what the issue was, it did take the vets a while to do the paperwork ,but the amount from animal friends has been paid out promptly as soon as the vets have done their side of things .
I emailed and queried a few things and emails were answered promptly too.

So far I’m happy with the service I have received
