Currently sat waiting for our sons…

Currently sat waiting for our sons result so we can leave for the airport. It has been 2 hours and no way of contacting them as the number on the website doesn’t work.

We are sorry if you did not receive your certificate in time.
During our service hours of 08:00am-08:00pm, certificates should actually always be issued within 60 minutes.

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles. Was promised my order last Friday. Didn’t arrive, as I had been promised I had a gate fitter booked in for Wednesday this week. Spoke to them they promised I would have it for Wednesday, Wednesday arrived, but no gate. Spoke to them again and was promised it would be here by 7pm......... nothing. Contacted them the next day and was told it had been lost in transport. Again promised I would have new tracking information today. Surprise surprise nothing!!!! I left an honest review on their Facebook page, which has been deleted! Barefaced liars! I have had my fence built to fit this gate. I understand companies are stretched with COVID and things can be delayed, which is out of their hands. However what I can’t abide is being lied to constantly! Which let’s face it is what they have done! If I could give 0 stars I honestly would.

I hope you're well.

I'm so sorry to hear of your issue, the delays with your order, and that the original was lost within transit.

We try our best to package items in a way to prevent this from happening, but as with any e-commerce company this can happen when using third party couriers.

These are truly unprecedented circumstances for us, and we've never before experienced such a knock to our production.

Please see below the information we provided you with on the day:
"Hello Tori,
Sorry to hear you haven't received your gate, I have looked into your order and it looks like it has been lost in transit by looking at your tracking number, I will arrange a replacement to go out to you and you should receive tracking information by Friday 10pm, please contact us if you do not receive tracking information by then and I can get this out for you.
Sorry for the delay and we will get this resolved with you asap!"

The replacement was indeed dispatched and you should have received it. Please can you update your review to reflect that you have your order?

We really hope you love it now that it's likely to all be installed!

Broadband

Broadband fibre was installed on Wednesday last week. Apparently it got lost in a queue with the suppliers when it was activated. So didn't come on. I still have no broadband. They are meant to contact me with updates but never do. I have had to ring every other day only to be told there is a fault and that is all they can tell me. Still have no idea when I will have any broadband and it is effecting my husbands business. Very unhappy
