Impressive

About a month into my switch I’m still impressed. No white marks or stained clothes, no sweaty underarms and still a pleasant smell well into the day. Well done ‘Make Waves’ you’ve solved my deodorant issues.

Impressed

I’ve been using a similar brand, Wild for the last couple of years and I loved the smells and trying new ones but I find it either goes on Caky and comes off on your clothes or it sticks to the inside of the tube. I’ve only tried Make Waves recently and still on my first one but I’m impressed with the invisibleness of it. It goes on smoothly and isn’t caky at all. Got the rhubarb and raspberry one and I’m very impressed. Won’t go back now, just hope the customer service is as good as wilds, I guess I’ll find out in time

It’s quick

It’s quick, easy and convenient. I recently had a problem where the screen would not reset after I had closed the door, so I rang the number given under help and they remotely opened it again allowing the screen to reset. Problem solve quickly and efficiently. Great thank you

I’ve always had great service from…

I’ve always had great service from wild, even when my products arrived damaged, I contacted them with photo evidence and they replaced everything. Accidents happen but you can’t ask better than that.

As always top quality products from a…

As always top quality products from a good company with great service and rewards too. The fantasie fushion bra is a nice as it looks in the pictures and so comfortable. I ordered a couple of pairs of knickers and liked them so much I’ve ordered another couple. The reflect is lovely too. So nice to have comfortable supportive underwear.

Driver error

The company usually delivers well but this time they left an expensive parcel out in the rain, in a pool of water but under a bin. There was another option to choose, a small cupboard next to the front door. I don’t know why this wasn’t chosen.

However lovely the meals are they just…

However lovely the meals are they just don’t do enough variety for people with food intolerances. I can’t eat dairy as I would become unwell, and that means I have only a couple of meals to choose from and not much in the way of desserts either. I’m not a vegan but time and time again I get pointed to the vegan option meals. I like meat! It would be great if this could be considered when looking at new menus and revised ingredients. Thanks

Please consider my parcel

I have been happy with all my previous deliveries, even the fact that my parcel has been left out on the doorstep when no one was home, is still a plus compared to previous couriers. This time it was pouring with rain and my box was left outside in the rain and was rather soggy when I returned home. The value of my product was in the region of £100 and I was not impressed to discover it sitting out in the rain. There is a small cupboard to the right of the door which would have protected my parcel or a woodshed in the front garden and either would have been a much better option than the one taken. Thankfully my parcel inside was not damaged on this occasion. Hopefully next time the driver may consider protecting the parcel rather than just leaving it out in the rain.

Hermes works for me

First of all my name is Lesley Brock not Brook.

Other than that I have been mostly impressed by Hermes. I have used Hermes a number of times now and although a couple of parcels have gone missing, the majority of parcels have arrived safely and in reasonable time. The only down fall is the customer service I receive when collecting parcels from Hermes appointed pick up shops. The first pick up shop I used were rude and treated me like an inconvenience. So I moved to a different pick up shop. They are better but still treat me second priority to there own customers. Even if I am next in the queue I am asked to wait until they serve there own customers first. I know that they are paying customers but I have paid for a service and it would be nice to be treated equally to them. If it’s too much trouble then perhaps that should not be offering their shop as a pick up point. I will continue to use Hermes as it works for me.
