Forb golf matt 1.5 metres by 1.5 metres. From purchase i noticed green residue on clubs which took forever to clean off . I.contacted support several times who told me they have never seen this before . I then get no answers after being told it's been passed onto higher support. After weeks of nothing I sent another email and got a email back saying this is normal and to clean clubs after . What?? Do not buy their matts unless you want to destroy your clubs

I purchased the 2 metre golf cage, initially worked great. However after 8 months i noticed severe rusting, I always take the item down during high winds as a precaution. I contacted them in Jan 2025 to report the issue, I sent 8 emails , no one responded to any of the emails. I then phoned last friday and eventually got speaking to somone who told me he would call me back later that day. He never rang back. I then sent further emails, and got an email back saying they are out of stock and even admitted themselves the golf cage is defective . They then started quoting costs. I explained I reported within 12 months and net went rusty . They when excused me of leaving up in storm when I didnt !! Shocking, I will now seek legal advice, I know my rights

I got an email from the company, today summarizing "he doesn't believe i looked after the cage properly" "why am i only reporting it now"
" he wants an expert report " to prove this is a manufacturing fault!

In short I beg of anyone DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU CAN KISS GOODBYE TO BOTH YOUR PRODUCT AND YOUR MONEY.

Ordered 20 juices and two coil packs they posted 12 juices and one coil pack leaving 8 juices out and one coil pack missing leaving me out of pocket 26 pounds .. I informed them of their error and I get an email back saying they checked their surveillance cameras and my order was fulfilled i.e. go away . The bag was sealed . They had left a note saying their was 5 cola missing but didn't mention the missing orange ones or the missing coil pack . The coil pack that did arrive was battered. My previous order to this there was missing bottles but only a few so I let it go for the sake of 4 pounds . I there conclude that they are doing this to lots of other people and its illegal practicing ,the fact that they are doing nothing about this is just not acceptable.. I will take this matter further, bags were sealed and were unopened. Shocking and woeful customer services

Well I've been scammed as well 40 emails sent to them not one response, quick question how is their website still in operation why hasn't it been shut down as its blatant fraud how are they still operational?? Contacted action fraud today and logged a case but not feeling hopeful as I signed the blooming form . Oh well will not fall for that one again , nasty nasty people

Previous two orders wrong asked for 10 mg strength got a box of all 20. Previous to that missing items to be fair once reported they sent then. Now I get asked me review this order which after a week tomorrow hasn't arrived. Sent on 48 hr delivery but there website states 2 to 7 days. How does royal mail 48 hours take 7 days ? The only truth is that they didn't dispatch when they said they did . Thankfully I ordered from another company in England and the items came the next day. Will not touch again.
