My senior cat really seemed to enjoy her sample - it is a little more costly but as she’s supposed to be on a diet it will last longer at least. She definitely meows for more when the bowl is empty though!

Great customer service. I ordered a fig tree back in March (a little bit early on in the season for it to be delivered when available in April and it was a very cold March and April to be fair).
Tree arrived bare but I had hope it would start to bloom come late spring. Unfortunately it never did I contacted trees-online for advice and gave it another week as the temperatures warmed up but it never came to life. I emailed for further care advice and before I had even seen their reply a new leafy, happy tree was delivered to my surprise.
Couldn’t be happier :)

Such a great idea for product reviews. Being in marketing, I completely understand the need for companies to receive as much varied feedback from the general public on products as possible (not necessarily influencers who can over egg on their reviews but a good cross section of everyday folk in different demographics) so it’s a valuable service that would benefit an awful lot of brands and product managers and for us, the reviewers, it’s like a mini Christmas getting a little gift and having the chance to discover a product you might not otherwise have seen or tried and share that joy with others.

As per a previous reviewer, I was accepted for a loan and it didn't turn up, when I contacted them by email I got an automated image email reply saying that they were experiencing maintenance issues and it would be with me by tomorrow before 5pm. Which isn't what the website promises at all....also seems a bit funny that it is exactly the same scenario, why would the same issue keep happening?
Anyway I replied blindly to the automated email and explained I wasn't happy with their service, that I would like my loan cancelling.
Agin I was sent back an automatic response in picture form saying 'your loan has been cancelled please contact us immediately' assuming this was them letting me know they had cancelled it as per my request, however they urged me to use them again and thanked me for choosing them ......not a single apology for the mess around, not a single ounce of real customer service or a real person taking the time to explain and reply.
Absolute rubbish and a waste of your time!
