Review of BetterMe
I was clear that I had not exercised in a long time and I was 60, yet the app gave me a workout that was completely inappropriate and left me unable to walk for a few days. I contacted support, and they said it must be a medical issue. I spoke with a personal trainer who said the whole workout was not designed for someone of my age or fitness. There was no medical issue, just inappropriate exercises.
FOLLOW UP - I was given a refund, so I have changed the star rating. However, they do not understand that their workout is not designed for people that have not exercised in years.

Review of Nextbase
10 days to receive a reply to my email is unacceptable. I wrote to request a different fitting day. The reply came one hour before the fitter arrived. Giving the reason as "unprecedented volume into CS support currently" is not an acceptable excuse for professional companies. Hire more staff or improve the system.

WARNING! This is a drop-shipping website. You can buy the same products on AliExpress for one third of the price. It is not "mother and daughter". My mother purchased before I had chance to do due-diligence. You wait for two weeks for the product to arrive from China, and the quality is nothing like the photo.
Review of Circulsense
Such a disappointment. The first ring had to be replaced as their was a design fault. The new ring has battery issues. It doesn't last 6 hours, so I would have to charge twice a day to get sleep data.
Review of sellerlogic.com
I stumbled onto this repricer by chance, as it is not well advertised. What a great find! It seemed a little complicated initially, but after a short time it all became very logical. They ever give you an onboarding session, which was excellent thanks to Shushika. It is so powerful I have not even looked at all the functions. The price is also very good. My present repricer charges over £100 a month, even though I have only 60 products. It's going to be £15 a month with Sellerlogic.
Review of American Express Global
If you get scammed, Amex will not protect you. I don't believe they even read the documents you upload. If it wasn't for the travel points, I would cancel both my personal and business cards.
Review of Tide
I asked to close my present account and open a new account. The support person posted the generic "sorry you're leaving", so I had to explain again. I closed the account and they said I had to call onboarding to get a new account. I joined the queue at 16:00 at position 10. At 17:10 I was at position one and then it rang out. Clearly they just closed shop for the day. Terrible customer service.

Review of Monstershop
Beware of this shop on B&Q's website.
After contacting monstershop via B&Q's website chat system, they said they would send the screws. I got an email two weeks after purchase telling me the screws would be with me in 2 to 5 days. I got the same email today, one month after purchase, telling me they will be here in 2 to 5 days. I have contacted B&Q support twice, and they have just washed their hands of it, saying I must contact the vendor.

Review of B&Q
B&Q is no longer a trusted brand. I bought a shed through one of their vendors on their website. Next day delivery, it arrived two days late. Also, not all the screws were in the box. Errors happen, but a company is judged on the way they handle them. After contacting the vendor via B&Q's website chat system, they said they would send the screws. I got an email two weeks after purchase telling me the screws would be with me in 2 to 5 days. I got the same email today, one month after purchase, telling me they will be here in 2 to 5 days. I have contacted B&Q support twice, and they have just washed their hands of it, saying I must contact the vendor.
Review of Jobalots
I bought thirty items. Sixteen of which were damaged, and of those twelve were irreparable or missing. I got one slipper instead of two, a metal angle lamp which was snapped in two, an earphone box without the earphones, a robot mower that doesn't turn on, a coffee machine that doesn't heat water, the list goes on. Support basically said, there is no guarantee, fill out a form.
Response to their reply -
They do not check at all. One slipper inside a clear plastic bag was not even identified as an issue. A broken lamp in an easily opened box was not seen.
They are just selling unsellable items to fools (like me) that think they are getting a good price.

Review of Paypal
PayPal allows people to be scammed and sides with the scammer when a claim is made. The whole reason for paying with PayPal is to protect yourself against such things. I guess its profit over people.
Review of Argos
Argos used to be great. Now, you must wait 30 days to be able to download an VAT invoice, and even then it's not sure if it will be possible. Before then, support must mail it to you. Really Argos? Why not send a VAT invoice PDF attached to the order confirmation email, like every other online retailer.
Also, if you want to order a few of each item, when you finalise the process it only then tells you the transaction has failed. Even when the credit card company has authorised the payment. If you don't want people buying 5 or 10 items of a product, stop them from adding them to the shopping cart. Don't just give a fake error at the end of the process. It has happened three times to me.

Review of STYLEVANA
The company looks good initially, but once you place an order and need customer service, you realise was a mess this company is. I don't like to use the word scam, but you certainly feel scammed.
Response to reply - "all requests/inquiries are best sent to us via email" - You do not reply to email, but you know that already!

Review of Capital on Tap
This is not a "new business" friendly company. I understand that a low credit limit has to be placed on new businesses. However, I do not understand why there is a monthly transaction limit that blocks someone's payments without advanced warning. I paid my balance off early to be able to keep using the card, but then my payments were declined even when there was more than enough on the account. Support forwarded my issue to "the relevant department" that just sent me a generic email telling me they could not increase my credit limit, which I did not ask for. I will probably close my account because of this and the service quality.

Review of VIP Computer Centre Ltd
They do not reply answer emails. It would be very unwise to buy from a company that has such an incredibly poor level of customer service.
Review of Brief
I had to stop listening to all podcasts from brief.news as their summaries too unbiased. Even as a Brit in the UK, I know the discoveries made by DOGE at USAID reflect a monumental level of corruption. However, there was not a mention of this, only the usual left wing narrative. I am in the centre and do not I want to hear all the news. If they are not reporting on this, then what else am I missing?
Review of Sharesub - Partage d'abonnement
Not impressed at all. To avoid being charged for another month you have to cancel your subscription, but when you do you lose access to the product immediately. When I started a chat with support, the agent sent a standard template response and ended the conversation immediately.

Review of toolkitforelementor.com
This product is no longer supported. They do not respond to emails and it seems they are no longer developing it. There is not been an update since 2023, not even a security update. Yet, they are still accepting payment for new subscriptions. Shameful.
Review of Elementor
Elementor has a lot of very unhappy "pro" customers at the moment. Even after paying for the pro version we receive constant "nags" to use (and pay for) AI. It has got so bad that the 'WP Minute' even did a special podcast about it. A lot of customers have had enough and are switching to other page builders as Elementor will not confirm when and if they all us to disable AI,
