It was a quick delivery within 36 hours…

It was a quick delivery within 36 hours of ordering however, the courier just left the parcel on my doorstep when no one was in. Luckily enough it was still there when I returned 4 hours later. Can’t guarantee I’m always going to be that lucky!

Perfect for a holiday or a 'try before you buy' scenario.

The collection and return process for Road Surfer was really simple and efficient. The van we hired met all of our expectations regarding description, cleanliness, and condition. The only issue we found was the lack of phone contact with the depot. We thought we had left an item in the van when we returned it but was limited to email communication and to this date we are still not sure if they have looked for it or not. This would have been a definite 5 star review if comms was that little bit easer/personal.

Excellent, pain free treatment

I have always received excellent 'pain free' treatment from the Sheringham practice. They have been quick to see me when I have required urgent treatment and kept me updated as to any changes at other times.
Always found the dentists to be friendly and courteous, giving an explanation at every step of the way.

Delivered to wrong address…

The parcel was delivered to 7 Craske close instead of 7 Pegg Road despite being clearly labled for the right address.
Fortunately the occupants of Craske close were trustworthy enough to let me know they had my parcel otherwise I would have had to track down where my parcel had gone when no doubt it had been marked down as delivered successfully.

Excellent products, on-time delivery and super helpful customer service. I must admit I’m always a touch wary when buying unseen online but needn’t have worried here, no issues whatsoever.

Dealing with Bupa (and many other…

Dealing with Bupa (and many other companies) is always a chore in terms of time spent on hold due to the "high number of calls being experienced". Apart from that the process has been pretty smooth.
The experience with the consultant was however excellent.

Very prompt delivery and used a courier…

Very prompt delivery and used a courier that provided accurate delivery times and live tracking service. Unfortunately I found it difficult to contact customer services when I discovered that I would have to return the goods due them not fitting. I was unsuccessful in getting through on the phone and have not received a response to my emails. As to date I've not received a notification to say that my account has been refunded!
A 5 for delivery and a 2 for after-service.

Excellent aftercare service

Excellent aftercare service when the jacket that I ordered came up a little bit small. Returns process was simple and efficient and the replacement jacket was with me two days later after some support from the Proviz team - no automated service, just good old human interface thankfully.

Poor delivery

I am disappointed with the service provided by plumbnation in regards to the delivery of my order or rather non-delivery!
When given my original delivery date I wrote to ask if this could be changed as no one would be available to receive the order. The response that I received at this time could not have been more helpful and the date was changed to the 15th June with the promise of a phone call 1 hour in advance of the expected delivery time. With this in place I delayed my return to work by a day as a weekend delivery is not an option.
Expecting a delivery later in the day I didn't have any cause to worry about not having heard anything throughout the morning but decided at 3pm that it would do no harm to ring up and check up on the location of my order. After some time and interaction between the call centre and the branch in Norwich I was eventually informed that due to a combination of having waited for part of my order to come in (valves), no drivers available and being too late to organise a courier my delivery would not be taking place. I was then offered delivery the next day which I had already declined for the reasons mentioned earlier, delivery on another date but obviously not weekends meaning a wait of at least another fortnight or delivery to a local branch where I could pick it up myself at my own cost and whenever time allowed.

Although annoyed enough at the inconvenience that this has caused what I find really disappointing is that at no point was I contacted to inform me that my delivery was at risk, in fact if I had not rung up to check I somehow doubt that I would ever have been told..!
A little bit of thought could have resulted in the radiators being delivered just leaving me to collect the valves, at least that way the radiators could have been hung and I could have got someone to collect the valves for me.
I chose Plumbnation as I thought that being part of TravisPerkins would ensure a smooth reliable service. How sad then to have my illusion shattered at the final hurdle.
