I recently purchased 3 sarees from Lashkaraa and returned one. Their customer service was excellent – they kept me updated via email throughout the return process and promptly provided me with a gift card for my next purchase. I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend Lashkaraa to my friends and family!

❤️ Perfect print made 3 portraits of my 3 daughters ❤️ it is absolutely amazing. I love it and can't wait to give it to my daughters.

Good arrived damaged

I bought a product from Robert and Dyas. The Product arrived with the box damaged and the screws and other bits came out and some of the bit was damaged.

Not happy with the delivery people as well. There were comments made but not sure if it was malicious or not but was inappropriate.

I received two separate boxes from…

I received two separate boxes from Gardening Express.
I received one yesterday and the other one today.

Both boxes arrived damaged, and my plants were damaged. It looks like the boxes were thrown by force.
I have reported it to Gardening Express.

I am not happy at all. I paid quiet a lot for my plants.

Not really happy with my flowers it's…

Not really happy with my flowers it's doesn't have much of it. It's not worth the price. I am disappointed, I went to my local store and found a bouquet of flowers which cost less and better quality of flowers. Will not but again.

Refer to my previous rating regarding Serenata flowers. I did not receive my flowers which was ordered since last week. They are blaming me and said I did not read the small prints. Bad customer service they are not helpful 😑. So so upset I lost £30.

Well I am giving this 1 star because I…

Well I am giving this 1 star because I am really disappointed with Serenata Flowers. I placed an order on the 8th Jan for my friend who came out of hospital from suffering cancer. As I couldn't see her I decided to send a bouquet of flowers for her . I used her home address. She then told me she is at her daughter. I called DPD the next day on Sat 9th Jan to inform of the change of address. They informed me it will delivered on Monday 11th Jan. My friend waited and waited until now It's Tuesday 12th Jan. Nothing has arrived. I contacted them few times and they said it will be delivered it is with the Courier. I request a refund but they said because I charged the address. I gave them enough time to do the address I followed their instructions. I am so so angry my friend came out of hospital after 3months I haven't seen her. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

Extremely disappointed with Posybouquets

Ordered flowers from Posybouquet for my Boss birthday on Monday 8th June @ 8am. I made sure I paid £10 for next day delivery before 1pm. On Tuesday 9 I called and found out that the delivery did not arrive so I called the company with no luck. I tried all afternoon no one answer the call. I did email them and I received an email stating that it been despatch so I send them another email requesting for an explaination of why it was despatched yesterday instead of Monday. Finally the flowers arrived today I was so shocked when I my boss told me the flowers looked dead with leaves all over the place so I paid all in all £25 with postage for something that look like it has no value. Will not buy again and also will not recommend. I requested for my refund. Waiting for it now. So disappointed with the gift I ordered for my boss. Never again and because it ask me for a star. I would not waste my star with it. But I had to tick one so one it is :(
