I have to praise Simon McCluskey in Customer Service for his empathy, time and patience. I was planning on moving from Energia due to the impending price rise but have decided to stay. Price is one thing but there are other things to consider too. Well done, Simon, you did a great job today.

Absolute rubbish, borderline scam. Monthly charges - what for? The spend must be less than the amount available - why? What a crock!!!

Hi Fintan, The spend does not need to be less than the amount on your card simply tell the cashier how much is on your One4all Gift Card, and they will swipe for this amount, if the value is higher on your purchase you can pay the balance via cash or card.
Everything I ordered arrived in good condition as ordered.
There was a problem with delivery, however. I requested that the delivery be made on Friday but the driver showed up on Wednesday saying that he hadn't been informed of the request to wait. Because I wasn't home, he left the order with a neighbour, with which I was not fully happy.
Hi there. I suggest that it be plastered on your website that buying through your online service is cheaper than buying in one of your shops. One arrogant young man in one of your shops had a very demeaning attitude towards me when I told him I wasn't aware of said fact. I had to put him back in his little box, telling him that Harvey Norman' s operating systems and practices are of no interest to me and that he has no right to presume that I, or anyone else, would know that online purchasing is cheaper. Why should I?
So, my experience with Harvey Norman was a little embarrassing. Staff need better training in customer relations, especially when dealing with customers who are older than them and have a better understanding of the world and its people.
Having said that, I went online, ordered my product and it arrived intact.
