Had an Iphone 5 with severe water damage. They thought they could fix it and quoted me a price (approx.£100), After several days when they thought it OK they told me that after tests they could not warrant the repair and advised me to write it off. They removed the new parts and IMMEDIATELY credited me with the full cost. My disappointment with losing my phone is more than compensated by their integrity as the attempted repair must have cost them in lost time. No hesitation in recommending this organisation and particularly Carla for their outstanding service.
