Review of ODROID
I purchased 3 H3+ single board computers and intended to run them as a cluster.
I intended to add more to the cluster but one of the three died within only a few months. The fuse had blown and after bypassing the unit is stuck in bootloop, which suggests hardware failure.
I have little confidence in the products after reading many posts on the forum about failing units and the need to return to the manufacturer. All very well returning units, but this proves an unviable option due to the cost of shipping and very short warranty period.

We were appointed a conveyancer whom is wholly incompetent and extremely slow in progressing our property sale/purchase.
The site boasts of only working with excellent rated conveyancer's, whereas this is clearly false. Having researched the conveyancer's they actually have a terrible rating and terrible reviews.

Review of IKEA
Having purchased a Bekant sit stand desk 5 years ago, the motor on one side no longers operates. The product has a 10 year warranty.
I contacted customer services requesting replacement part(s) only for them to inform me that the parts are discontinued. They also insisted on proof of purchase, who I was not able to provide. The lack of proof was no fault of my own, but a consequence of me ordering the product on their terrible web site. When I placed the order, I registered with my email address and was able to login to comfirm my order. However, I did not receive either an email or paper confirmation of my order. So, because IKEA failed to provide me any proof of purchase, they then decline to support me.
The product has been discontinued due to the poor quality electrical components.
So, on the basis of the bad experience, I shall make no more purchases from IKEA.

Reasonable customer service, however, despite spending considerable time explaining specific requirements over the telephone, repeatedly, none of the requirements were adhered to. It seems the company has standard procedures for how it operates, especially with regard to how it onboards new customers and fails to accommodate any special requirements which would be much efficient for both customers and the company.
In the months I have been a customer, I have received no feedback requests, so unable to express my level of dissatisfaction to them.
In my experience, both their products are services are mediocre when compared with their competitors and I will be switching just as soon as I am no longer contractually bound.

Ordered a Christmas tree which arrived with a defective stand. The tree is unable to stand upright.
Initially customer services responded requesting photographs. I sent photographs and requested just a replacement stand.
Frontline customer services failed to either respond or give any indication that a resolution would be offered.
After raising a complaint here, an escalations representative promptly contacted me and provided a pleasing resolution.
Although it took several weeks to resolve, the issue wasn't urgent to me and I would have been so much happier if the frontline. customer services has simply acknowledge my compliant and just promised that they would resolve it in the near future.

Claim to have successfully made my delivery with value in excess of £500. I received nothing and the delivery has a dubious signature.
I received absolutely nothing, no parcels, no delivery note, no messages to inform me that a delivery would be attempted, or that a delivery had been made.
Despite me, as the intended recipient, contacted them to inform them of the issue, they insisted they would only investigate if the consignee (retailer) contacted them. I informed them the consignee has contacted them, yet no response received. Days later, still no response or any indication of Tuffnells caring to resolve this.
I will revise this review if and when the issue has been resolved.

Courier claims parcel was allegedly delivered and signed with a dubious squiggle. Courier will only liaise with specialist team whom deals with "Underfloor Parts" deliveries.

Don't be fooled by the very pleasant and politely speaking call centre staff.
This is a broker firm which charges high rates for the privilege of booking your skip with another firm that you can do directly yourself and for the correct charge.
I had an issue where I was charged for a skip which was too large for the load. I accurately described the load yet the advisor failed to inform me of the weight limit. Consequently the actual skip hire company refused to collect the skip.
Promises of call backs were not honoured.
Despite numerous attempts to reach resolution, the call centre would take my calls to them. They left me with a full skip and absolutely no offer of any resolution whatsoever.
This company acts under numerous guises, e.g. REM Waste, Acen Utilities.

Terrible service.
Reporting of all servicing work done electronically and via video recordings.
Fail to appreciate personal inconvenience of leaving vehicles with them for servicing.
Courtesy cars neither provided nor offered. Work done in their own sweet time with no progress update calls.
Particularly unhelpful with warranty tasks. So as to seemingly avoid undertaking remedial work of manufacturer defects, they prefer make excuses and suggest defects are the customers own doing.
Motivated to push their monthly payment plans.
