The company was great to deal with and very efficant. The report was sent swiftly after the report.
We paid for the top survey level 3 and was slightly disappointed as it didn’t answer anything that we didn’t already know from our solicitors enquiries other than there was no damp. So I’m not sure how worthwhile it is to do.
