I bought these boots as a gift for my dad, took a chance on a company I hadn't heard of but being British made and family owned was what made me take a chance as well as the rubber soles my dad needs for help walking but still wanting to look good!

Delivery driver left my parcel on the floor in communal area next to the front door where it could easily have been stolen by anyone using trade entrance button.. he didn't even press my buzzer to let me know he was delivering! Pure laziness and no care for people's possessions

Excellent service from start to finish. Order arrived in good time. Lots of timely updates on where my order was up to for delivery. The package itself is beautiful that the kit comes in, everything is fantastic quality. So far I have no complaints, I used my kit for the first time last night and the instructions were perfect! Not bad for a first attempt. I used pearly persuader for my first go and its lovely .. I'm sure I'll get quicker and better with each go. Just need to see how long they last now

The 2 people that delivered arrived on time after providing 30 minute call of arrival which was great. When they got here they unpacked and put the TV together quickly, also great, what I didn't like and found to be rude and ignorant, was that they spoke in a different language to each other the whole time they were there, pointing around room, to the point where i actually said if you spoke in English I might be able to help! This was brushed off and they continued. They also dropped bolts etc. On TV unit no care not to scratch it and when they left the front door was left open, I thought they were coming back but they drove off!!

after my laptop completely died I was mortified thinking I had lost all of my coursework and photos, I took it to a local shop first who's first response was can we wipe it! absolutely not was my reply and off I went with my laptop! I contacted CTA and over the phone Will from CTA gave me 3 possible options as to what as wrong, within a day he came to my place of work pulled my laptop apart and rescued all of my data - I also gave him another laptop to take away which he has also repaired back to working order - Couldn't be happier with CTA, great customer service, great price and knows his stuff - Highly recommend and will be using in the future

I have been studying my CIPD level 3 qualification since August last year and I have to say that I wouldn't hesitate in coming back to home learning college again, having studied with the Open university in the past I was dubious as I found them shocking to deal with and learn with but home learning college are another level and I'd recommend them to anyone, the staff are all fantastic and do all they can to help you and make you feel at ease in the workshops and the live classes.

Bought advance flea pipettes for my 2 7 month old German shepherds. Excellent service. Delivery as stated and free because I spent over a certain amoumy. Brilliant that you can buy it without prescription now. Just wish the wormers could be bought in same way.
