Even though I ordered parts which were incompatible, and their Amazon entry made it clear which appliances were compatible, they still refunded me with no quibble.

Very easy to get what I needed. The assistant there was very personable and very friendly.

In terms of the product I was really impressed. Our family has a couple of minor medical conditions and the last policy we took out just excluded them. This policy covers them for a small loading - which is reassuring.
The application is nice and easy although it wasn't possible to amend a quote - i needed someone taken off the original quote and I effectively had to start a new one. I was told this by using the "chat" facility which - obviously - works very well.
