SCAMMERS


SCAMMERS! Sold me a faulty car, promising to cover the repairs — but of course, they never did.

These people constantly jump between companies yet still operate on Autotrader. It seems everyone connected to this group is dishonest!

They even took the car key, which turned out to be the wrong one, and never returned it.

Dean, Lijth, Stuart and others—avoid them at all costs!

I shall also be pursuing via the Small claims courts!!

Terrible experience sucked up £5 said it was refundable and then never gave it back for response worse than I would have received from Chapt GPT for free. No customer service and a Bot that just bounces you off line! Never again

Disappointed in quality of Build on the…

Disappointed in quality of Build on the leaf blower, 3 and 1.
The handle wobbles, and you need to dismantle everything in order to use the leaf mulcher.
There is also nowhere to place the strap. So you need to carry the rather heavy leaf blower without support.

The machine has an anti-vibration handle and does indeed move. This is a design feature to protect the user. The mulching feature is straightforward and is a common design. The strap fits to the collection bag and not the leaf blower engine unit. Hope that helps. Thank you.

They were happy to let me down on the…

They were happy to let me down on the Order of Service for my father's funeral. Failed to make contact with me or compensate me for the additional monies required to pay for a last-minute order locally. This organisation is shocking beyond compare. Buyer beware!

Terrible experience. Never delivered for 5 weeks. Kept being past from one dept to another. Then just refunded with no explanation or apology saying that they had received my returns. Which is odd because they were never delivered? Staying clear of Matalan from hereon in.

30 Xmas cards ordered 20 envelopes…

30 Xmas cards ordered 20 envelopes supplied. After telling support they were sending the additional 10 envelopes which will arrive too late to send for Xmas so kind of defeats the objective. Won't be using these guys again not when there's a host of others like vistaprint.

If you can't do what you say then just don't say it!

First time to use this and here is my experience because its hassle free. Booked car in for a Wednesday service with MOT, after confirmation I get a call back telling me the following; Can't do Wednesday needs to be Thursday. Can't pick your car up you'll need to drive it there and back. Then they give me a garage almost 20 miles away with a drive time of 40 minutes. No compensation, no offer just a "I can understand your frustration" I wonder how Deborah feels being attached to something like this?

Disappointing for a private health provider

Tried calling their switchboard so I could get through to a friend in terrible condition and offer some support. The switchboard rang and rang and then told me its mailbox was full and cut me off - This happened throughout the day and night. Shocking the basics aren't even there.

Disappointing to say the least

Sadly this started badly and ended worse after lots of communication back and forth using their website, email address and finally telephone conversations. They lost my contact details which resulted in not getting someone to collect the equipment, which resulted in time elapsing and therefore a new (and lower) price proposed for my Mac when I got back in touch. Despite triple confirming the new price and date of the person to collect they still failed to get it right. This resulted in a lost day sitting at home waiting for someone to pick up the package when all they could have done is inform me I could take the package to the post office. After assessment they pointed out some really small points and deducted what looked like the price of delivery off the price - Exhausted to argue I just accepted the price and won't ever be using again. I hope you have a better experience if you're not put off by this review.

I do apologise for the poor service you received. Our service does rely on couriers, and unfortunately any mistakes, delays or miscommunication by the courier look bad on us. We will have to investigate where in the line the error happened, and try to be more active in monitoring and chasing up the couriers.
With regards the actual final price offered. We actually paid you more than the quotation. I will email the details of our communications with regards the quote for those details to remain private.

Regardless the service for you was not up to par, and we apologise for that, and will look at ways to improving the free collection aspect of the service.
