Swiss air rescheduled my flight and didn't inform me about it.
2 days before departure, I found about it myself. I had costs involving hotel reservations and a COVID test I needed to take, and they simply said it's my problem, not theirs.
I'm in contact with my lawyer to understand my rights, but I strongly believe if we have to reach this level, it's because the company doesn't care about its costumers at all.
I wish the Swiss tax payers' money used to rescue this company this year was used elsewhere in our society, to help companies that care more about people, and provide an ethical service to its costumers.
