DON'T use their service.

Don't use their service.

Internet is slow, stops working all the time, and now I'm without internet, because their system simply stopped working.

I can't work (we have home office mandatory) and their employee said in the phone this is not his problem.
Extremely rude and impolite attendants. DON'T GOT FOR UPC

Lieferung war ja super schnell

Lieferung war ja super schnell, aber das Produkt ist sicher nicht neu. Gebraucht spüren waren schon da.

Ich habe nichts dagegen, besonders weil der Preis deutlich niedriger war, aber es wurde als neu beworben.

Das Unternehmen entscheidet wenn du fliegst, nicht du.

Das Unternehmen hat mein Flug auf 2 Tage später verschonen, und ich wurde nicht informiert.

Vor dem Flug habe ich ein PCR Covid Test gemacht (182 CHF). 1 Tag vor dem Flug, als ich das Boarding Gate checken wollte, fand ich heraus dass mein Flug erst nach 2 Tage fliegen sollte.

Das Unternehmen sagt, die müssen mich nicht wegen der extra kosten zurückerstatten. Vielleicht gesetzlich ist das nicht Pflicht, aber das ist sicher immoral. Ich fliege nicht mehr mit Swiss und empfehle es auch nicht weiter.

If you can avoid, do that.

Swiss air rescheduled my flight and didn't inform me about it.

2 days before departure, I found about it myself. I had costs involving hotel reservations and a COVID test I needed to take, and they simply said it's my problem, not theirs.

I'm in contact with my lawyer to understand my rights, but I strongly believe if we have to reach this level, it's because the company doesn't care about its costumers at all.

I wish the Swiss tax payers' money used to rescue this company this year was used elsewhere in our society, to help companies that care more about people, and provide an ethical service to its costumers.

IT'S BEEN SINCE JUNE THEY SHOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR A SHOES THEY SOLD WITH DEFECT TO ME AND I STILL DIDN'T SEE THE MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Company took my money. Never answered my emails, never got any feedback about multiple flight tickets I bought for a trip to Norway. Don't use their service!!!

Immoral company

Norwegian government closed the borders, but the company insists in acting at least immorally. Since tourist cannot enter the country, we cannot fly internally, and the company is not reimbursing the customers. Weird way to make money. In these moments we see how certain companies keep their ethical standards.

No answers per phone, neither Facebook nor emails... The company shows its real face in difficult situations and they are showing 0 customer support/respect. Don't buy again with them.
