Much better after a shaky start
It was a shaky start after our last cleaner was replaced but it’s gotten much better, she’s gotten used to our house and now gives an excellent clean.

A couple of not so nice surprises
I found the car I wanted at a fairly good price as it had really low mileage. However, I didn't realise the original price was over the 40K threshold and so got a nasty surprise when the salesman demanded the £640 road tax. This should have been mentioned.
Also the interior wasn't thoroughly cleaned, there's a lot of pollens in its corners and crevices. I wonder if they would have done better if the car wasn't delivered.
