Only sent part of my order

I ordered two pairs. However, Shindefender only sent me one of them. This was weeks after waiting for the delivery. I complained and they ignored me. I followed up and they finally 'agreed' to look into the delivery. I still haven't received my full order and it's been nearly two months. Poor service and rude customer support.

I'm in the process of following up with a third party as they have still not fulfilled order but charged me in full.

Delivery times misleading

Website stated Saturday delivery for fixed price. However, parcel never showed up. Didn't arrive until the following week. Would not use again. Really misleading to state one date on website and then deliver on a different date.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We can see that the delivery option selected was a 72 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail. The order was placed at 22:42 on 04.09.25 and delivered on 08.09.25. We do offer a separate weekend delivery service, however a Saturday was not selected on this occasion. We do apologise for any confusion caused.

12-day delivery is nonsense for a clothes brand in 2023.

Hi Danny, thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry that your order took so long to arrive - this is not typical for us and was only due to a temporary system upgrade with our warehouse at the time. Our usual delivery window for standard deliveries is 3-5 working days - CD

Misleading and untrustworthy

I recently made a purchase on the isubscribe website. The advert clearly stated UK delivery but instead of delivering my magazine, the company sent me a voucher to pick it up myself. When I complained about the misleading advert on the website, they refused to listen and did not provide a refund. Terrible customer service and awful communication. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company.
