IGLU batter you with no reply emails.
What is the point in asking a question if the IGLU cannot / will not receive a reply.
Weird.
On the whole, apart form booking, communications are poor and if one really really tries and makes contact then answer are unhelpful.
They only stay in business because there are as Lord Cohen said 'stack it high, sell it cheap'.

Well presented quality material. With Future Learn one can work at one's own pace, going back and forth from section to section with one click.
I did the introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) provided by the consulting company Accenture. Amazed how much Yearned in 6 hours learning spread over 3 weeks. I now feel more able to join the AI debate having been taken through both the positives and some negatives. And I got a certificate !
I will take further AI courses on Future Learn as time permits. And maybe study other areas.

Both companies offer 'wrap around' packages that is often not available directly from the cruise operators.
For example on our Japan cruise they provided high quality pre-departure hotel in Japan and a tour to Mount Fuji plus a ride on a bullet train; then a post cruise hotel with a whale watching boat tour in Vancouver.

A double edged sword this one. We had 2 calls out with Dyno. 1st call great. An engineer named Nick came and fixed our bathroom water flow. Polite, efficient and knows his job. A credit to your company.
2nd call well nobody turned up. This is to quote for shower installation, this is the 3rd/4th/5 th no show. Do not Dyno want the business?
So 6 ****** for Nick ZERO for the shower person.
