Avoid at all costs! I purchased a 15T hard drive from them. But after a few weeks of it not coming I contacted them to cancel. They then immediately replied to say it had left the warehouse. I then read reviews on Trust Pilot and saw that every person gave the company 1 star (but wished they could give 0) because products were awful and no one seems to get their money back. I wrote to say I wasn't going to accept the delivery and they said I must. Then when the devise arrived I asked how to return it and they refused to tell me about their returns procedure despite me asking several times. Their website says that returns are easy. that's not true. They say that they only have satisfied customers who rate them 4 &5 stars and no one rates them lower - that is also not true. On Trust Pilot I could see nothing but 1 star negative reviews. I am going to the advertising standards with this company and I highly recommend that others do the same if they are dissatisfied.

The AA dealt with our claim superbly well and we didn't need to worry about anything once they began the process.

This is the second time that I have used Halfords in Castle Marina and on both occasions I have found the staff to be helpful, clear and honest in their advice. They offer a great service and with very fair prices compared to a lot of other places. I would recommend them to anyone.
