Awful service, dirty and damaged rentals, no support or refund

Vacasol has the worst rental agency service I have experienced,. Vacasol forced us to reschedule, even after rental confirmation (Vacasol has overbooked); the house was dirty and horribly damaged, but Vacasol did not support and refuses to refund. Beware and look for the good agencies that are not misleading with old photos and misleading descriptions.
- Have had extensive contact with Vacasol Support (e.g. Laura, Nicole..), who did not help, nor resolve anything. Plus: they charged us too much credit card fees - also without refund, though we have complained

Nicht empfehlenswert

Sehr anstrengendes Buchungsverfahren mit lauter Zusatzgebühren und zu vielen behindernden+verwirrenden PopUps um weitere Versicherungen abzuschließen (Grafik, Farbgebung und wechselnde Positionierung von Ja+Nein Links/Button sollen offensichtlich Kunden täuschen und in die Gebührenfalle tappen lassen).
Das schlimmste: der Preis war danach €40 teurer als Anfangs angegeben.
Wenn ich es nicht so eillig+dringend hätte, hätte ich direkt bei den Fluggesellschaften gebucht.
So werde ich nicht wieder bei Seat24 buchen und kann es nicht empfehlen.

The products that can be selected before payment is meant to help customers and those may need a little attention. There are a few choices but it is also important choice for many. These services gives everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and then it may be good to have eg cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.

We advise our customers to start their search directly on our homepage to get the correct price. Sometimes price comparison sites are not updated and this will result in a different price when redirected to Seat24.
