Absolutely fantastic service and I couldn't be happier with everything that Parentsheild offers. It is easy to use, affordable and has a number of options to give me confidence that my daughter is safe. I am able to monitor out going and incoming calls, decide when the phone can be used and even have alerts if certain words are used.
I was not aware things like this existed. Their customer service is amazing and I was helped to set up this system late in the evening. Highly recommended.

Paid extra for delivery on a day before my daughters birthday. Then recieved an email to say order would arrange the following week. Had to run out and get extra gifts then got an email to say delivery was on her birthday itself. Spent 60 mins on phone to customer services to get through and gave up. Now have a huge parcel to send back. Never experienced anything so bad. Never again.
