Very expensive

Very expensive, not the best photograph. A simple task for the photographer to straighten the tie. Cost leaves a bad taste in the mouth for sure. £23 for a digital download!!!! Prints are so expensive this is the most cost effective route, but then the extra hassle of sourcing prints from a 3rd party supplier. I understand the concept of a markup but this is rediculous!

Was interested in buying a Yesoul bike

Was interested in buying a Yesoul bike, but after two weeks of trying to contact support for some answers to my questions i gave up and have taken my business elsewhere. Do not have LIVE chat on your website if it is unmanned. From the negative reviews i have also read it seems the 1 business day delivery to the UK is inaccruate too. Shame as the bike looks good but the service levels give off scam vibes.

Be Wary Of Advertised Delivery Dates

When we placed our order we were told delivery would be by 27th January a day or 2 later we were told they were expected delivery into their warehouse by the 28th February. Delivery date on the website is now showing towards the end of March. Have had to move the delivery date or our mattress from another supplier two times now. Very frustrating and customer care is very slow in responding to emails. We decided to stick with the order as the bed we ordered as good reviews and the price was reasonable but a almost 3 month lead time when you were sold at 4 weeks is unacceptable. Recommend calling before ordering as delivery dates on the website are unreliable.

Excellent Service | Excellent Value.

Faultless service from beginning to end. We rented a plane pal for our youngest, it arrived two days prior to our weekend flight. Simple instructions to return the item on arrival back from holiday. Made the flight much more comfortable for our 4yo. Would definitely use again.

Absolute Sham Of An Operation

Avoid this company as if they were offering you a FREE decapitation. Start of the pandemic I wanted to reduce our mileage. Took 3 months of chasing trying to get it pushed through at the price they had confirmed. During this time I was made redundant from my job and because of this and due to their incompetence I did not now pass the finance checks so they could not offer me the lower offer agreed. I had a complete email thread trail so I passed on to the financial ombudsman to resolve. Over a year and half later of chasing, providing information I reached an unsatisfactory settlement.

And just when i thought things couldn't get any worse a week or two after the lease had ended and the car was collected they have tried to charge me for a period of time when i did not have the car, and are currently threatening to forward my details to a credit agency.

Only use this company if:
1.You enjoy banging your head against a brick wall.
2.Enjoy talking to yourself
3.Fancy getting rinsed out of some money for no apparent reason.
4.Enjoy being treated like you do not matter.
5.Want to get involved in long drawn out complaints process with the Financial Ombudsman.

Can I give any positive feedback to the company? Of course....I am now with a different company and hope to never deal with this bunch of complete and utter con artists ever again.

Use them at your own peril!

Ordered on Tuesday night and were delivered before lunch on the Friday. Speedy service and exceptional value compared with multiple other retailers that I researched. Very happy customer. Highly recommend.

Terrible Customer Care

Speedy delivery | Faulty item Very Poor follow up customer care. I could understand if I was trying to return an item but effectively have been supplied faulty goods so I have been left with no choice to install a substandard product to our brand spanking new en-suite. Strongly recommend on receipt of goods you do a thorough quality check, otherwise they will hide behind a 30 day returns period.

Glad I persisted...

After a sticky start with a missed quotation appointment i had very good service. We had french doors put into our dining room. The surveyor was very approachable and informative about how the work would be carried out. We had installation date around 4 weeks after the quote had been secured. On the day Michael & Michael showed up and again we both very approachable and explained exactly what they were doing. Ensuring that the space was kept as clean and dust free as humanly possible.

From arrival to having the doors installed was around 5 hours. After the initial issues i had absolutely no problems with Safe style and would happily recommend them. Considerably cheaper that the other major players and a far less pushy sales team

Wilted and Late

Ordered some flowers for Sunday Delivery for Mothers Day. Flowers only arrived on Monday and were wilted on Arrival.

Complained and they referred me to some t's & c's which i don't recall seeing at the time "* Please note that Mother's deliveries may dispatched early to avoid the peak congestions. Deliveries may be made from 13th March 2015 and 16th March 2015."

They were sent Royal Mail so never had a chance of being delivered on Sunday!

I never review any of my shopping purchases, but this is an absolute Joke and i was made to feel like the bad guy that my mothers day gift did not arrive.

I strongly recommend using another florist who are reliable, flying flowers etc.

Well and truly conned!
