Our move this time as been extremely stressful and took almost 8 months but Marie Patey has been an absolute star! The last few months Marie has been a credit to the company she has been there for us at the end of the phone when needed and worked hard to get our completion sorted against many hurdles caused by our buyers side. I ordered 1 bag of dog food this took 10 days to be delivered. I received notice that it was at the dispatchers that's when things started to go wrong two days before changing then shown as out to be delivered nothing arrived phoned pet supermarket told driver had wrong postcode and requested purchaser phoned, No phone call received next day shown will delivered nothing arrived tracking site was market as no one in card left this was a complete lie as we were in all day and no note left . I phoned again the next day and told it will be delivered that day 5pm came still no delivery phoned again told it is still out for delivery, 7.30 it finally arrived 10 days after ordering . We had had to go out buy dog food at a shop as we had completely run out not expecting to take that long for 1 bag of food to be delivered needless to say wont be using this company again
