Overall a pretty good method to collect the necessary data from tenants.

Updates would include: Timer on each section or at least a notification of how long you have to complete if page left and no activity. Timeouts are a well know frustration for anyone filling out forms online.
No ability to see data entered either at end of section or once completed all sections.
No ability to go back in and check sections other than "Original Details" section.
No ability to edit sections other than "Original Details" section.

Good service over my first year with OTM. Only slight downside if you want an accurate bill is that you have to put readings in on an exact day without any swing by even a day, on that day.

Simple process start to finish. Even when needed to add on another product to the order - phone could have been over in about 25 seconds beyond me questioning in disbelief that the item had been added and payment added to final bill. Bish bash bosh!

Very competitive pricing and for "Green Energy" as well! Great to see that if you want to do a little something towards protecting the planet, we can now do it without a financial penalty, win win. Sign up process is fairly straight forward - only change would be to make it more obvious from the start that the switch over period is 21 days.

Delivery options were great. Returns service was extremely slick. 5 stars!

Overall pretty smooth transaction. Only update would be to make it clear that the first address put in is the Delivery address and not the Billing address.

Only reason for not hitting 5 stars, maybe an added option for notification of order ready for collection via txt. If no WiFi signal available then you'll still find out as soon as you can go get your new tech!
