Website is simple but gets the job done. Pricing was competitive, inclusive of delivery. Let down by the delivery communication. Provided estimated date for delivery. Website states that most units are delivered before that date. I had no communication before the delivery date and none on the day of original delivery. I had to call to find out that it was due the following day, after waiting the majority of the day for it. I did receive an email with the new date for the next day. Again, no reference to time and it arrived first thing, with the door knock waking me up! :D

Well done. Don't know what I bought from the email that came through with no reference on it but I'm not waiting on anything so you must have done great!

Item should not have been delivered and left outside house. No instruction to do so and previous shipment got stolen because of this. Always used to take items back to depot for either redelivery or collection which worked well.

Autofill populated wrong address but a quick call and the address was amended on the order. It didn't show on my email order confirmation or Royal Mail tracking link buuuuut it did arrive at my new house. Jolly good stuff.

Pretty much perfect way to go about delivering goods.

Order placed 10/01/2024. Tracking mail received. Emailed on 05/02/2024 to request update (26 days post order). Response following day, "....substantial loss of orders due to courier ...immediate action taken to redispatch with priority express delivery ....any other questions team happy to assist."

I sent follow up mail 2 days later to request confirmation of all of the new details; order number, tracking number, delivery details etc. No response.

Another chaser sent 13/02/2024 - still no response. We're now 41 days into a 6-9 working day delivery promise.

Update 26/02 - no communication, but they did arrive!
