I tried PromoDirect for items to give out (bag, mug) at a conference. Both items I ordered were produced and shipped quickly. The logo I sent was printed clearly, in a size appropriate to the item. Contact was confirmed by telephone quickly, and politely. When I requested changes, the order was adjusted on the spot with no delay.
I will definitely return to PromoDirect for any promotional items I wish to order.
