Had a photo shoot at platinum Hackney, the shoot went well, the whole team made me really confortable too! The model advisor was a lil coarse but overall i had a wonderful experience at the studio!

Fresh Berry Cake, fabulous taste!! Left us all wanting more n more, it was that delicious.. keep up!!

We are regular to Creams cafe Beckton (London) outlet until our last visit! Firstly, did not served us what we requested then argued and insulted us so much that we had to walk out without eating. we ended up paying for no food and being insulted to the level where we had to leave the food on table and walk out. Amazed to see how much time the staff invested in to argue and insult a regular customer for just a £6 waffle. AVOID this outlet !!

i was so confused to find a good eyebrow defining pencil. Lizi made it so easy for me, she is very helpful and does understand the need of customers. good luck and any thanks once again :)

I bought a wall piece, a deer head with golden birds! Must say the piece is beautiful and looks classic in the hallway but I felt the material is just resin and so it is bit over priced! The quality isnt too bad but not worth the price paid! Artisanti is amazing, delivered it before time Hassle free!

I love Lola’s cupcakes and thus requested lemon drizzle cake for a birthday celebration.. my special request was ‘less cream’ which was well considered by Lola’s and am really satisfied abt that.
But the cake itself was really dry also lacking lemony citrusy flavour.. and the decor of the cake was also very very plain, just a twisted lemon slice and that’s all! Anyway 3 Star is fair for this time’s experience, next time would try something else!

The assistance is worthless, rude and arrogant. I believe they entertain certain people only as per customer's status statement or country they belongs to (racist may be they are).. I felt awful and embarrassed.. Will Never go to debenhams outlet and will recommend others the same.. Services are integral part of any business, if one has absolute quality products but no attention to customers, I don't think it can get good remarks in anyone's anywher's books. I am a business women too, (very small tapestry business though) but I care for my customers a lot.

So, Try alternative as this is not the only store but..if you need only debenhams product go online Plz and that too with possible risks... In store, you are on your own.. Debenhams - Bad bad bad!
