The assistance is worthless, rude and arrogant. I believe they entertain certain people only as per customer's status statement or country they belongs to (racist may be they are).. I felt awful and embarrassed.. Will Never go to debenhams outlet and will recommend others the same.. Services are integral part of any business, if one has absolute quality products but no attention to customers, I don't think it can get good remarks in anyone's anywher's books. I am a business women too, (very small tapestry business though) but I care for my customers a lot.

So, Try alternative as this is not the only store but..if you need only debenhams product go online Plz and that too with possible risks... In store, you are on your own.. Debenhams - Bad bad bad!
