Terrible company, no respect for customers!
I have booked an eye test with them (London North Finchley), all went smoothly. I left my glasses as it needed new lenses. When I went to collect them about 2 weeks later, which was the hottest day, I was told that the person who supposed to glaze them was unwell, so they are not ready. They did not even bother to contact me to explain the situation. In that weather, I travelled for nothing. I will not use them again. I should have known this would happen because when I went for my eye test, many people came to collect their glasses and they were told that they were not ready. So treating customers in this way is common for this company.
Update: They told me they would ring me on Monday to book a new appointment so that I could collect my glasses. Today is Wednesday, no one bother to ring me. I sent them a message via email and Twitter. Again, no one replied. I don't know what to do, maybe legal action as they have my glasses, they charged me for it but not returning to me.
