Arrogant and non-efficient customer care
Pathetic company - we placed an order a while ago which we received. Then we were supposed to have the next one posted tomorrow as part of the bottomless order, only today they decided to tell us that it wasn't in stock. The system of informing us was awful. Instead of receiving an email stating that the item was out of order, we received an email - which said a support case was opened for us. I rang them, yes the lady was helpful in terms of looking to find out what happened, but I would say she is not efficient and definitely arrogant. No proper apology or anything. I don't think they need customers.
