Brilliant customer service.

My card was used fraudulently to make a purchase with Farfetch. My payment provider essentially shrugged their shoulders and refused to help. I contacted Farfetch out of desperation who couldn't guarantee that they'd be able to help but assured me they would do their best. Rest assured, within 18 hours of reporting the incident, the transaction was located on their system and cancelled. Thank you so much.

Avoid these crooks. Delivery of replacement toilet seat took forever, and only seemed to arrive after chasing it up.

Once my item had arrived, I realised it was the wrong one. Emailed asking if I could return, in which they asked for a photo of the item. I sent them a picture of the box, but they went on to ask for a picture of the actual item. With that in mind, I took it out of the box and wrapping to send them the picture they requested. They then responded that they cannot accept any returns that have been removed from the packaging. Almost funny! Reading other reviews, it sounds as though actually getting a refund out of them would've been a challenge anyway.
AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'!!!!

Thomas provided a friendly and efficient surveyor service at a reasonable price. The valuation and subsequent report were completed professionally and in a timely manner. I would have not hesitate to recommend his services.

Quick, easy and about a quarter of the rate the bank were charging, saving me a small fortune.
