Disappointing Quality from Monica Vinader

As a long-time Monica Vinader customer, I have always been pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of their jewellery. So, when my daughter was preparing to leave home, I wanted to mark the occasion with something special—a piece of jewellery that would be both meaningful and lasting. I chose the heart necklace, designed to be shared between two people, each wearing half.

However, upon receiving the necklaces, I was shocked and deeply disappointed. The photos on the website do not convey just how minuscule and fragile these pieces are. The pendants are so delicate that they seem unlikely to withstand regular wear, which is particularly disheartening given the emotional significance of this gift.

These are not inexpensive items, and for the price, I expected something more substantial—both in size and durability. I cannot help but feel that Monica Vinader has fallen short of their usual standards with this design.

For anyone considering this purchase, be warned: while the concept is beautiful, the execution leaves much to be desired. It pains me to say this, but I regret this purchase and will think twice before shopping with Monica Vinader again.
